Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with deep expertise in AWS Connect, LEX, Lambda, Bedrock, and LLMs to design and implement advanced contact center solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, a solid understanding of AWS ecosystem integrations, and prior experience working in enterprise-scale environments (preferably FinTech or Banking).
Responsibilities :
Core Technical Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda using Python, Java, or Node.js.
Proficiency with Amazon Connect SDK, APIs, and Precision Routing Schema.
Experience integrating Amazon Connect with Client APIs or similar enterprise APIs.
Expertise in Lex — chatbot development using Lex API and Lambda integration.
Experience with Bedrock, Bedrock Agent, and Bedrock AgentCore.
Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) — prompt engineering with Nova, Claude, or OpenAI.
Strong background in Amazon Connect Contact Flow design and implementation.
Preferred Cloud & DevOps Skills:
Hands-on experience with AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Kubernetes, and Docker.
Ability to translate design and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
