🔌 Assistant Project Manager | Data Center Construction | Electrical

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the development of a Hyperscale Data Center in Haskell, TX. This role will provide critical support to Project Managers in overseeing electrical construction efforts, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing electrical construction tasks on large-scale Data Center projects
• Support Project Managers in scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and general contractors to ensure project goals are met
• Help enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on site
• Contribute to contract review, change management, and project documentation
• Support mentoring and guidance of junior team members and engineers

🧰 Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in Data Centers
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• OSHA 30 preferred; PMP or electrical license is a plus
• Willingness to travel as required
